Returns & Refunds
Thank you for your purchase! We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your order for any reason, you can return them within 14 days of delivery.
1. Return period
We use a return period of 14 days during which the customer may return his or her package. These 14 days start when the package is marked as delivered. Please note that the return shipment must be sent back to us within 14 days.
2. Return conditions
All items must be returned to us in an unused condition suitable for resale with the tags still attached to the items. Return shipping costs are not refundable.
3. Return costs
Returns are at your own cost depending on the courier and the country you return your package from. If the product is damaged, then you do not have to cover the cost of return.
4. Return processing time
If you indicate that you would like to exchange a product when you register your return, we will immediately get to work on this. This way we can ensure that your exchange is completed within a few days.
We do our best to process returns as quickly as possible. After receiving your return in our warehouse, we will process it within 5 working days.
If you prefer to return for a refund, you will receive a confirmation email regarding your refund. Please note that it can take up to 10 days before the refund is visible in your bank. Returns and refunds also incur a 10% processing fee.

What can I do if my exchange product is no longer available?
Ask our customer service team about the possibilities. We will give you an update on when we expect to be able to deliver the product. If the product is sold out, we will contact you and work with you to find a solution.
Where can I find my order number to register my return?
Your order number can be found in the confirmation email you received after placing your order. if you have not received this e-mail correctly, our customer service team will be happy to help you.
What should I do if a product is delivered faulty or damaged?
Unfortunately, it sometimes happens that a product is damaged during shipment or production. We are of course happy to resolve this with you. Please send a message to support@inneressenceco.com with a photo of the damages and keep the product safe. Our customer service team will work with you as quickly as possible to find a solution.
What should I do if I want to return my order outside of the return period?
Please remember to deliver you return within the 14-day period before the return period expires. In the unlikely event that this does not work out, we offer you the option of exchanging the product for a replacement or a voucher. Please ask our customer support team for the possibilities.
